Is it waterproof or water-resistant?
It is water-resistant. Rolled and clipped correctly, it keeps out splashes, rain and wet sand. It is not made to be submerged.
How do I close the roll-top so it stays sealed?
Squeeze out excess air, roll the top down at least three times, then clip the buckles together. This creates the compressed seal that keeps water out.
Is it big enough for a weekend or multi-day trip?
Yes, the large capacity is sized to handle a few days' worth of clothes and gear, making it a solid option for weekend trips, camping or surf trips.
Can it be submerged in water, like for kayaking?
No. It handles splashes and wet boat decks, but it is not a submersible dry bag. Keep it above the waterline.
Can I pack wet gear with dry clothes?
Put wet wetsuits or swimwear in a separate bag inside, then roll the top closed. That keeps damp gear and dry clothes apart.
